2010 Power-plant Billet XP254M

Arrow Shark Hobby is very proud to introduce a totally new marine engine for 2010 - our billet version of the XP254M. Designed and manufactured exclusively for Arrow Shark Hobby, this 25.4cc power-plant produces just over 6+hp with a rev range from 3,800 to 19,000+rpm. It delivers a potent performance that matches or exceeds all but the most heavily modified racing engines. Even so, the XP254M remains easy to start and tune, and has a steady idle with smooth, reliable running....More Information Click HERE

2010 Non-Spring II Clutch Sysem

This is our 2010 version second generation non-spring clutch system which is designed for use with both stock and modified (high rpm) engines.
For improved performance with faster engagement, we have reduced the gap between the clutch shoe and the bell from 1mm to just 0.5mm. As well, a revised design of the clutch shoe center shaft includes dual bearings so that the clutch shoe spins perfectly centered and balanced inside the clutch bell for efficient engagement. This also better enables a stable idle when the clutch is disengaged.
An integrated shaft collet shortens the overall length of the clutch system and allows the unit to be installed in smaller hulls where other brand clutch systems would be too long to fit... More Information Click HERE

Arrow Shark 55" Negotiator (2010 Release)

Another brand new model for 2010 from Arrow Shark Hobby is this stunning 50inch (1,270mm) deep vee Negotiator. Gas-powered racing boats have been getting bigger and better to handle the gradually increasing power outputs of the engines. What used to be 40inch raceboats have grown to 44 or 47inches, but Arrow Shark has again streaked ahead with this 50inch (excluding hardware) delta-styled monohull propelled by our mighty 6+hp billet-machined XP254M engine....More Information Click HERE

2010 Dual Function Exhaust Flange

For 2010, Arrow Shark has released a versatile new exhaust flange that can be used on our latest high performance XP254M engine or on Zenoah engines. This CNC-manufactured flange includes both round (for the XP254M engines) and square (for Zenoah, CY or other similar engines) adapters to suit the respective shapes of the exhaust ports and thus maximize performance. For added convenience, we have fitted 90 degree water nipples so that water lines can be connected without bends that risk the water lines kinking and reducing or stopping the flow of water. The flange comes complete with two O-Rings and required mounting bolts.

2010 Fully Adjustable T-Bar & Lubrication Oil Cup

The more powerful your engine or the faster your boat, the more critical is obtaining a perfect alignment between the top of your flex shaft and the collet on your clutch or engine. To help achieve that perfect alignment, the latest 2010 version of our Arrow Shark T-Bar provides not only easy fitting between industry-standard 5" engine rails, but easy alignment for the flex shaft both side-to-side and vertically. CNC machined from top quality bar-stock alloy, our T-Bar supports the top of your stuffing tube in exactly the right place for the flex shaft to slip precisely into your collet. Misalignment causes heat, wear and loss of performance, and risks premature failure of the flex shaft. To prevent these possibilities of trouble for your boat, our 2010 T-Bar has four individual bolts that allow final adjustment of your stuffing tube and flex shaft so you can position them exactly in line with your collet. As well, an attractively anodised oil cup is provided for ongoing lubrication of your flex shaft when running, contributing further to reliability and efficient operation.
Note: Make sure you apply loctite on every bolts of this T-bar when you install it to your boat..

Arrow Shark 2010 Onboard E-starterII

After 8 months of extensive testing and development, we are proud to release the Arrow Shark second generation 2010 E-starter to our customers around the world.
A disadvantage of the design of our first generation E-starter (as well as for most other brands of E-starter) was the one-way bearing in the kit. This can wear out by lack of lubrication or overheating, and can require replacement once a while. Now though, we have overcome this obstacle as our new version 2010 E-starter II has been designed to use the same approach as a standard pull starter. ...
