CNC Center Operation Rudder Assembly
This CNC-machined rudder is designed for our (and other) scale catamaran hulls that require a center mounting on the back of the boat. It is constructed of high-strength T-6061 aluminum and comes assembled with a fine-point leading edge for the blade. The rudder provides superior turning capabilities and delivers a strong flow of water from a blade pick-up to cool your engine. Also included are all necessary screws for installation.

5ˇ± Extended Rudder & Dual Water Intakes

Arrow Shark is pleased to announce a new and improved rudder system. as a result of trialling alternative set-ups on our own test fleet, we have introduced this new rudder which features a longer bracket. The rudder blade is now positioned 5 inches (127 mm) back from the transom for better leverage and improved control response. It also minimises or eliminates the tendency of some boats to pull to the right at high speed. As well, duel water feeds give twin separate flows for improved cooling. 2011 1/4ˇ± Skeg Strut & Triple Bushiings
Arrow Shark's latest skeg strut features triple bushings with two lead-teflon bushes at either end to efficiently support the prop stub shaft, and a third perforated brass bush between them to better retain and distribute grease for improved lubrication, less friction and longer life. The skeg itself is hydrodynamically designed for minimal drag whilst aiding directional stability for your boat.

2010 Fully Adjustable T-Bar & Lubrication Oil Cup
The more powerful your engine or the faster your boat, the more critical is obtaining a perfect alignment between the top of your flex shaft and the collet on your clutch or engine. To help achieve that perfect alignment, the latest 2010 version of our Arrow Shark T-Bar provides not only easy fitting between industry-standard 5" engine rails, but easy alignment for the flex shaft both side-to-side and vertically. CNC machined from top quality bar-stock alloy, our T-Bar supports the top of your stuffing tube in exactly the right place for the flex shaft to slip precisely into your collet. Misalignment causes heat, wear and loss of performance, and risks premature failure of the flex shaft. To prevent these possibilities of trouble for your boat, our 2010 T-Bar has four individual bolts that allow final adjustment of your stuffing tube and flex shaft so you can position them exactly in line with your collet. As well, an attractively anodised oil cup is provided for ongoing lubrication of your flex shaft when running, contributing further to reliability and efficient operation.

New CNC Turn Fin
Our latest CNC-precision-manufactured turn fins aid deep vee hulls in gaining a better grip on the water during turns. When a deep vee changes course, it banks into the turn and the rudder acts partially in the horizontal plane (instead of purely vertical) and that tends to lift the stern and drop the bow of the boat. To obtain maximum speed and optimum handling, it is vital that your boat hold the correct running attitude. This can vary depending on your boat's weight, how that weight is distributed, the boat's speed and prevailing water conditions.
